Lead-Free Alternatives
Oberg has developed proprietary processes that utilize lead-free whisker inhibiting chemistry and in-line tin reflow technology options to provide products that maintain solderability with an RoHS compliant finish. We also furnish RoHS certificates of compliance upon request.
