Based in Western PA, Oberg Industries was established in 1948 and has become an industry leader in precision metalworking manufacturing that provides innovative and customized solutions for our customers in the business segments we serve. Our corporate headquarters located in Freeport, PA, just 9 miles north of Harmarville on Route 28 has an immediate need for an experienced HR Professional reporting to the Director of Human Resources.

The HR professional we seek is both a strategic business partner and hands-on generalist who advises, coaches, and consults with employees, leadership, departments, and the HR team on HR related issues. This individual will perform various HR duties such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, regulatory compliance, training, and other special projects.

If you have a demonstrated ability to partner, influence, and interface with all levels of the organization, have a solid command and/or experience in the HR disciplines, have a working knowledge of employment laws, and have effective analytical skills with a proven track record of success in problem solving, and last but not least, have a service delivery disposition, you are encouraged to explore opportunities with the HR Group at Oberg Industries. Ideally, your HR experience would be in the 3 to 5 year range with a relevant degree or equivalent. Strong recruitment, benefits or regulatory compliance experience in manufacturing would be a plus.
